On 13–14 February 2026, Topchubashov Center Director Rusif Huseynov and Deputy Director Murad Muradov traveled to Armenia to participate in the third meeting of the Peace Bridge Initiative, which serves as the bilareral framework for direct communication between the two civil societies.

Rusif Huseynov and Murad Muradov, members of the Azerbaijani delegation, entered Armenia by crossing the Azerbaijan–Armenia border at the delimited section and proceeded to Tsaghkadzor where the event took place.

On 13 February, Topchubashov Center representatives partook at a roundtable organized within the Peace Bridge Initiative and contributed to the discussions with their remarks: Rusif Huseynov spoke about the current state and future trajectories of the Azerbaijan–Armenia peace process, while Murad Muradov focused on security, borders, and transportation issues in the South Caucasus.

On 14 February, the Peace Bridge Initiative members held meetings with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vahan Kostanyan. Both Rusif Huseynov and Murad Muradov raised regional topics and questions during both two sessions.

On 14 February, the 3rd meeting of the Peace Bridge Initiative concluded, and the Azerbaijani delegation returned by crossing the Armenia–Azerbaijan land border through the same checkpoint.
