On 21–22 November 2025, Topchubashov Center Director Rusif Huseynov took part in the second direct roundtable discussion between Armenian and Azerbaijani civil society representatives.

The meeting was held in Baku as part of the reciprocal visit of an Armenian delegation of experts. During the closed-door session, participants agreed to institutionalize the dialogue framework under the name Peace Bridge Initiative. They also committed to pursuing short- and mid-term, results-oriented projects, including enhanced communication and cooperation among think tanks, media organizations, and broader civil society groups in both countries.

As part of the Baku program, the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations met with Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration. The conversation addressed a number of issues of public interest.

The parties agreed to expand their communication and continue organizing reciprocal expert visits between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
