On November 29-30, Topchubashov Center's Mahammad Mammadov attended the concluding event of the three-year-long young researchers program "Analyzing Geopolitical Shifts in the South Caucasus" organized by Georgian Institute of Politics in cooperation with Heinrich Boell Foundation. During the sessions, participants from the three countries discussed in detail the single-country perpective on the most recent geopolitical developments in the region and elaborated on the prospects of regional cooperation in an increasingly polarized neighborhood.
