Estonian delegation visits Topchubashov Center
On 8 October 2026, a delegation from the Parliament of the Republic of Estonia visited Topchubashov Center as part of its visit to Azerbaijan.
The four-member delegation was accompanied by Tiina Nirk, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Azerbaijan. The delegation included Marko Mihkelson, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee; Hen Põlluaas and Eerik-Niiles Kross, Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee; and Birgit Keerd-Leppik, Counsellor to the Foreign Affairs Committee.
The delegation were hosted by the Center's director Rusif Huseynov, deputy director Murad Muradov and Deputy Chairman of the Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism Farhad Mammadov.
The parties exchanged views on Azerbaijan–European Union relations, regional issues, developments in the South Caucasus, and the current situation in the region.
