Rusif Huseynov speaks in Abu Dhabi
On 26 November 2025, Topchubashov Center Director Rusif Huseynov participated in a panel session in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Organized by the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy and facilitated by the Geneva-based Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), the session—titled “Regional Geoeconomics: The View from the South Caucasus”—brought together experts from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and the United States.
In his remarks and during the subsequent Q&A, Rusif Huseynov discussed regional developments, identity dynamics, and major connectivity projects in the South Caucasus.
