Murad Muradov partakes in Links Europe conference
On 28 October 2025, Topchubashov Center Deputy Director Murad Muradov participated in the 2nd South Caucasus Regional Dialogue conference organised by Links Europe in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Murad chaired the panel dedicated to the changing geopolitics of the South Caucasus and spoke about the prospects for peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the context of the Washington agreement and other crucial developments.
He also signed, along with other group chairs and co-chairs, the consolidated statement that marked the completion of the project whereby five thematic groups made of experts from both countries have prepared reports dedicated to peace & security, connectivity, environment, gender and diversity.
