French diplomats visit Topchubashov Center
On 15 October 2025, representatives of the French Embassy in Azerbaijan, Guillaume Delenda, Senior Counselor, and Tifenn Poyroux, Political Counselor visited Topchubashov Center, where they were hosted by Rusif Huseynov, Director, and Murad Muradov, Deputy Director of the Center.
The meeting focused on recent regional developments and the current state of Azerbaijan–France relations.
