On April 16th, experts from the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM), Stefania Kolarz and Wojciech Wojtasiewicz, paid a visit to the Topchubashov Center, where they were hosted by Rusif Huseynov, Shujaat Ahmadzada and Shahim Afandiyeva. During the meeting, the parties discussed various issues, including the current geopolitical landscape in the region, the ongoing peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as reconstruction process in Karabakh.
