Topchubashov Center’s Mahammad Mammadov is participating in the U.S. Department of State’s prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) from March 16 to April 6. During the program, which is attended by 7 representatives from different countries of Europe, Mr. Mammadov visited different federal institutions, think tanks and universities specializing in energy issues. The discussions have revolved around the main theme “Advancing Climate Change Mitigation While Maintaining Energy Security”.
