On 27 February 2024, Non-Resident Fellow of Topchubashov Center Turan Gafarlı participated in the connectivity workshop in Ankara and delivered remarks regarding the prospects of connectivity in the South Caucasus after the Karabakh War in his presentation titled “Opportunities and Challenges in the South Caucasus for the Middle Corridor: Zangezur Corridor”. Chaired by Professor Emre Ersen, the workshop also hosted prominent scholars and think tank experts analysing the connectivity and Middle Corridor from different perspectives. The conference was organized by the organized by the Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.
