Gulkhanim Mammadova from Topchubashov Center is attending the 4th Eastern Partnership Youth Conference - Youth for Revitalisation of Democracy. Organized by the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum in Prague, the Czech Republic conference has gathered more than 100 participants from Eastern Partnership and EU countries.
