On 23 November, the Topchubashov Center office was visited by Cesare Figari Barberis, an Italian Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate Institute of Geneva and political analyst at Osservatorio Russia.

Mr. Barberis has arrived in Azerbaijan to conduct field research for his Ph.D., which will focus on a comparison of the post-conflict attitudes in Georgia and Azerbaijan. He is going to interview Azerbaijani IDPs and experts.

During the meeting, Rusif Huseynov and Simona Scotti from the Center discussed with Mr. Barberis the opportunities for cooperation and agreed to facilitate the latter`s research in Azerbaijan.
