On June 7, Topchubashov Center hosted a round table discussion entitled "South Azerbaijan issue at the regional and international level". During the discussions, representatives of the Azerbaijani expert community and media exchanged views with the head of the Ankara-based Tabriz Research Institute (TEBAREN) Mammad Reza Heyat, who was visiting Baku, about the internal processes in South Azerbaijan, political, economic and environmental difficulties of ethnic Azerbaijanis in Iran and the coverage of the South Azerbaijan issue at the international level.
