Ilaha Chiragova

Research fellow

Ilaha Chiragova holds a MA in International Relations and Regional Studies from the University of Tartu in Estonia and a BA/MA from Baku State University in Azerbaijan. She is a contributor to the review process in several peer-review journals based in the USA and Netherlands. Previously, she served as a Leading Advisor at the Baku- based Center of Analysis of International Relations, Review Editor for the Baku- based Caucasus International Journal and Caucasus Strategic Perspective Journal. Her broader research area covers the Caucasus region, the politics of memory and religion.
